Lumoa is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, based in Helsinki. Our AI-based platform analyses customer experience data and helps our clients in making better decisions. Now we need an operations manager to support our growth.
This position is based in Helsinki.
What you will be doing
- Be a driving force in developing our support functions: finance, HR, and admin
- Internal and external reporting
- Invoicing using Netvisor
- Coordinating HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits
- Project management in various operations related development projects
- Driving team building activities and maintaining a healthy work culture
What we expect from you
- Solid experience in finance, HR, or administration, or related field.
- Experience on defining, building and maintaining processes.
- Super organized and self-sufficient when it comes to getting things done.
- Experience on using Microsoft tools, e.g. Excel and Power BI.
- Fluency in English is a must. Finnish is an extra advantage.
