We are looking for an intern to grow our international customer base and we need help setting up international customers so they can fully benefit from Lumoa. For that, you will need the following skills:
Customer oriented attitude: Approachable, helpful and proactive
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Some experience with SW development, APIs and databases
Attention to detail
Overall, the onboarding tasks will include utilizing our internal tools to set-up customers and provide technical support. Attention to detail, logical thinking and willingness to learn give your best everyday are the most critical tasks in this role.
This is a 6 month paid internship position that can grow into a role within customer success, sw development or data science. The grow path will depend on the candidate skills and ambition.
